Food and Farming question from Mary Duncan, farmer, Kilcot

At the Future of Local Food and Farming debate that took place at Newent Community School on 3 April 2009, Mary Duncan put the following question to the panel:

Do the Panel think that Planning Departments should give more sympathetic consideration  to Planning Applications from local farmers and food producers who are looking to expand or are attempting to produce local food for local people?
